About

Dr. Hilal Yıldız is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist with extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. She graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Göztepe Training Hospital.

Throughout her career, Dr. Yıldız has worked in both public and private healthcare institutions, developing expertise in the management of shoulder disorders, orthopedic rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, hip joint pain, and spinal conditions such as lumbar and cervical disc herniation.

Her treatment approach focuses on reducing pain, restoring mobility, improving functional independence, and enhancing patients’ overall quality of life. By combining evidence-based rehabilitation methods with individualized care plans, she helps patients achieve optimal recovery and long-term functional outcomes.

Dr. Yıldız is a member of the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Istanbul Medical Chamber. She currently provides comprehensive rehabilitation services at Özel Şadiye - Yaşar Cimilli LÖSANTE Medical Center.
