Our Hospital Emergency Department provides uninterrupted 24-hour service under the supervision of emergency medicine specialists, supported by a dynamic and experienced healthcare team. Our emergency medical services are structured to ensure safe, rapid, and effective intervention for both adult and pediatric patients.

Modern Emergency Department Infrastructure for Pediatric and Adult Patients

Our Emergency Department is equipped with high-quality medical supplies suitable for all age groups and supported by advanced medical technology. With areas specifically designed to meet the needs of pediatric and adult patients, we provide comfortable, secure, and efficient healthcare services for all individuals.

Outpatient and Ambulance Admissions

Our Emergency Department accepts both walk-in patients and patients transported by ambulance. We have the necessary infrastructure and medical expertise to manage all urgent and critical medical conditions.

Our qualified physicians, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and paramedics provide continuous and comprehensive care.

Triage Practice and Patient Prioritization

All patients presenting to the Emergency Department are evaluated by healthcare professionals. Based on the severity and risk level of their symptoms, patients are directed to appropriate clinical areas. This evaluation process is known as triage, and its primary objective is the early identification of critically ill patients.

Following the initial triage assessment, patients are admitted to examination rooms, their vital signs are monitored, and triage codes are assigned according to their clinical condition:

Green
Yellow
Red

Patients receive examination and treatment in designated areas based on their assigned triage category.

Emergency Department Facilities and Equipment

Within our Emergency Department, the following facilities are available:

2 fully equipped physician examination rooms
3 resuscitation (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) rooms
A casting room for fractures and dislocations
A procedure room for burn dressings, suturing, and wound care
An injection room for prescribed treatments
An observation unit with 7 stretcher beds separated by privacy screens for intravenous therapy and monitoring
A dedicated security station within the department

Ambulance and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Services

Our Emergency Department operates two fully equipped emergency ambulances. Ambulance services include pre-hospital emergency medical intervention and safe patient transfer.

All ambulances are staffed by qualified healthcare professionals and equipped with advanced life-support systems.
